Talrop
A build, operate and transfer company creating the infrastructure, talent and companies a startup ecosystem needs.

Build the ecosystem, operate it until it holds without us, then hand it over. Talrop is judged by what keeps running after we leave.
Talrop applies that model to ecosystems rather than products. Built with our capital and our engineers, operated until they hold, then handed to the government, university or corporate that will run them.
Kerala produces a very large number of graduates in IT-related fields every year, and a great many of them struggle to find a route into the industry. At the same time businesses across the world are looking for capable teams at reasonable cost. The gap between those two facts is where Talrop operates.
We do not ask students to drop out. We build the system inside the academic one, with most of our projects and infrastructure sitting on campuses, so that a degree and a working career stop being separate paths.
Technology learning from school age, in the language students think in.
Products built in-house, then spun out as operating companies.
Real project work routed to engineers who trained inside the system.
Angel networks and a path for founders to start from Kerala.
