I don’t take risks. I take experiences.

I was a school topper until eighth standard, then lost interest in academics entirely, and left in 2009 after twelfth. I joined an IT company in 2010, started my own the year after, and have been building since. Companies across AI, ecosystem development, education, capital, real estate and global delivery, and more than ₹400 crore raised to fund them.

I design from a blank page and stay through execution. The rest of the time I teach: ten thousand students on our platform, three thousand institutions in the conversation, and a hundred-odd conclaves making the same argument, that a region should produce companies and not just talent for someone else’s.

The Thesis

Kerala exports talent and imports products. The work is to reverse that, and turn a consumer state into a creator state.

Every year thousands of graduates leave engineering colleges without a route into industry, while companies elsewhere look for affordable, capable teams. Talrop closes that gap from inside the campus rather than around it: infrastructure first, then talent, then companies that hire that talent.

Companies I build
and run.

Independent companies in different sectors, with no holding structure between them. Each one designed, funded and run on its own terms.

Talrop Foundation

A Silicon Valley does
not appear. It is assembled.

The Foundation is my non-profit. Its work is the part of the ecosystem that cannot be a business: the groundwork that has to exist before anyone can build on it.

01The ground
Infrastructure

Places to build, close enough to walk to. A region cannot produce founders if the nearest room with a plug and a mentor is a district away.

02The people
Talent

Technical ability found early and taught in the language the student already thinks in, not filtered by who could afford to move to a metro at eighteen.

03The output
Innovation

Companies started here and kept here, so that the value they create compounds locally instead of leaving with the founder.

The ambition

The next company of that scale should be started by someone who never had to leave Kerala to start it.

Every technology capital was built the same way: infrastructure, then talent, then the companies that could only have come from having both. None of it was an accident, and none of it happened in under a generation.

The Foundation is kept deliberately separate from the companies. Charity funded by a business is charity that disappears in a bad year. So the businesses are charged for properly, and the Foundation is funded from what they earn, on purpose, with a number attached.

How I work

Infrastructure before announcements. Relationships before capital. And never mix charity with business.

Our network was built one conversation at a time, from Kasaragod to Trivandrum, being transparent about strengths and weaknesses, showing the work, letting people understand us properly. That foundation is what holds through a crisis.
